    I have bought several used products and generally have been pleased. However, this product was not in top condition. Backspace key did not work. Disappointed it was sent out in this condition.

    I bought this as my fist refurbished purchase unfortunately for me the laptop stop being responsive after 3 weeks. When it did work it was mainly used for school but could stream pretty well. Again very unfortunate.

    I bought this and received it in a timely manner. I updated the software and then had a blue screen, the hard drive crashed. I made a phone call and was immediately shipped a new hard drive. After it was installed it worked great. Great after product service.
