I feel very disappointed, I understood that rebufrished was somewhat repaired to new. The notebook is striped, misaligned in its union with the keyboard, it lacks a support rubber and the battery lasts half an hour. I would not buy again under these conditions, I do not recommend it

Perfect laptop to work from home. Purchase in 2021 to work from home no issues at all.

I purchased this laptop for my teenage son for school and entertainment. I admit buying a refurbished item was a little concerning but I've had no problems. Great computer so far

I thought I was going for the safer option, paying more for the Best Buy refurb. instead of buying it used on ebay or Facebook Marketplace. I was right for the few weeks it was under warranty. Immediately after the laptop became "nonreturnable," I started noticing tiny places in the track pad that lagged or was unresponsive. Now a couple weeks after the it became nonreturnable, the track pad has completely died and is entirely unresponsive. Is it still a decent computer? Yes, but can you rely on it as being a quality, reliable refurb that won't immediately start giving you problems a month from the purchase date? No. I'm just waiting on the next part to go bad. Go buy something else more reliable.

The laptop itself is great but it did not come configured as Best Buy had advertised. The specific reason it was purchased was for the built-in web cam so one of my older partners could easily Zoom with the team - but it came with no webcam!!! If I didn't also need the laptop so desperately I would have returned it but did not appreciate the bait-n-switch from BestBuy! ----- Jon, CEO of a new start-up

This PC was a tremendous value, with its i5 chip, 128G SSD, 8G RAM, all for only $302. Even though it's refurbished I really couldn't tell the difference between it and a brand new PC. Included was a new, HP-brand power supply-very nice. Ordered this PC online. The illustration showed a track pointer which mine does indeed have but it is disabled. The track pad (and an external wireless mouse-not included) work great. So if you prefer a track pointer don't go by the picture - make sure it's in the specs of the laptop you are ordering. From an operating standpoint (speed, keyboard layout, light weight) I really like this PC. The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because of the display which is not as crisp or colorful as displays of other laptops I've owned.

USB ports and keyboard very dirty. Lots of dog hair behind rear cover. You would thing that a refurbished computer would at least get cleaned.

The computer is fast for the price, but I'm having issues with the trackpad.

Was looking for a budget computer and found this. Although I knew it was refurbished, I was still expecting more speed out of it, and it was on the chunky side, I decided to return it.

I bought it 3 weeks ago and I am not satisfied with it keep on logging the cursor is not moving it stock up on one side you have to wait for a few second or minute to move it again. Wherever you stop it stays there. Need to return it.

I am very pleased with my refurbished HP laptop. It performs flawlessly. Everything works like new. It came on time, as promised. It was a great deal on an excellent laptop.

I ordered this laptop and found out it came with only 4gb of RAM not the 8 advertised. I returned it and ordered another one. It arrived today so I checked it right away and sure enough it only has 4 as well. I plan on returning this one as well.

Misleading....specs state that is computer has a web cam. Nope, no web cam or a lens where the web cam would be. When said something to BB they said we could by a web cam. So they discounted a web cam for us to purchase. The point of this is the specs say includes a web cam and there is no web cam and in my opinion we already paid for a web cam but then had to purchase one. Not happy. Probably my last purchase from BB

Laptop works well, but I have had trouble with two batteries thus far, working on a third.

This is my first time purchasing a refurbished laptop. I was not sure what I would expect, It was like a new when I first open the box. Very good quality. I am very happy with my purchase. I will do it again and have recommended it to my family and friends. I think it is important to purchase a refurbished item from a reputable place like BesyBuy. They provide quality supplies from a certified source.

Good laptop for the beginner and it serves all the basic tasks.

This laptop is good if you just want to check emails and browse the web.
