Horrible

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the laptop in march and immediately I had to call because it had someone else still signed in. After that it kept resetting itself to factory. I've been trying to return it and no one wants to help me. The power cord didn't work, had to get another. 1st call I made, she was rude and hung up on me. I keep calling the store and no one answers. Nothing but trouble. I wish for a full refund including the 3 year warranty I bought for it.

Poor refurbished product

After a month I unboxed the laptop and that's when the trouble began. The laptop was in fact a broken refurbished product and I went back into the store. Management in customer service told me I was out of luck because too much time had passed before I unboxed and displayed my product. I now own a broken, refurbished laptop from Best Buy that is only useful in the garbage. I no longer will shop at Best Buy.

More scratched up than expected but works great

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was my second attempt at buying a refurbished unit from Best Buy, the first one would not activate Windows so I had to return it. This one was more scratched up than I expected but it worked great. I once again had trouble activating Windows but at least this time they included the product key and I typed it in manually and got Windows activated. It works well and I'm pleased with it, but for someone who didn't know much about computers, this could have been a show-stopper.

Refurbished computers are a waste!

It’s a complete waste of time, effort and money. I bought one, used it for 2 days when the hardrive crashed. Replaced it with the same make/model from the factory and had issues upon powering up on the day i received it. Two computers in 30 days and neither worked.

Piece of crap
