I am very impressed with this laptop for my teenage daughter to use primarily for school. Cosmetic condition was excellent and it is working like a brand new device. This is not in any way a top-of-the-line laptop & I knew that when purchasing it, but it will be an excellent one for schoolwork & attending her online classes during the COVID pandemic. It's a little heavier and thicker than other laptops because it has a DVD drive built-in, but that was a bonus as far as my daughter was concerned since she can use it to watch movies. (We did have to download the VLC media player online to make that work.) The only other setup we had to do was entering the new Windows product key, but the sticker with the code was on the bottom of the laptop & there were clear directions from the refurbisher in the box with the laptop. Overall, great experience and good laptop for light/student computing.

did not power up or load anything. lines across the computer screen did not hold a battery charge.

This is a fast and great with many bells and whistles.

Laptop did not have the Hard disk connect when received. I went to Store to fix a basic configuration. Have the disk connected to the motherboard l.

I love this computer with the exception that I cannot connect my wireless headphones.

This is the perfect refurbished computer for me. The case is all metal and very sturdy (I broke the shell on my last one because it was plastic, and I accidentally sat on it. ) The only thing I don't like about this computer is that the brightness on the screen is not very bright. I already wear glasses, and the lowered screen brightness puts a little more strain on my eyes. Other than that, I love this computer!

Great option if you are on a budget. It also comes with a lengthy warranty.

Granted it was refurbished, but it should not have looked so used and beat up with 2 huge dents as if some one had dropped it from 2nd floor! Screen light was so dark. I had to put my eyes right against the screen to see!

If I could give this a 0, I would. It looks like its out of 1990. Also, they sent it to me with a failed hard drive and I had to go in store and return it

pros: cheap cons: weird power supply long on the ac side but very short on the dc side. means the box must be near the laptop when plugged in. Also the touchpad doesn't react well for me.

Purchased this laptop for a mobile business use only? Well, got home my wife sets it up and now has become her sole possessions. Something most be right?

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter and very happy with it. I was hesitant to buy a refurbished product but it works like new .

Deathly slow. Takes forever to start and all software runs very sluggishly. Regret buying this.

This computer was a terrible buy. It came dirty, with dents and was corrupted. I returned this item to the nearest store and exchanged it for a real computer that works because I was attempting to get a full refund from this terrible dirty computer.

First off, I'd like to say the price of this refurbished laptop for the specifications that are printed is more than favorable. The affordability for something like this cannot be found anywhere that is as reputable as the refurbish company - who is actually a Microsoft authorized refurbisher. The quality visually is amazing and you can't tell between new and old. I would also like to note that the processor described in the description is not what I was sent. Don't use this as an expectation, as I make no promises, but I was sent the Elitebook with all the correct specifications aside from the included i7-2620M Quad-Core with a 2.70GHz clock speed. This is a significant upgrade from what is described above. The odd part is that every other specification is correct. So basically, I was very pleased with this unexpected surprise, and as always, at a great price. I did notify Best Buy of this occurrence though, so they may change it if it is a misprint. 18 month warranty for parts and labor is included with this masterpiece, and that includes wear and tear damage.
