Purchased this laptop because it was still using Windows 7 as some of our software was not compatible with Windows 10. The person who install the operating system didn't do a great job but the Geek Squad at the store did an excellent of of re-installing the operating system. The battery was bad but that issue was not handled by the Geeks as it was not a software issue but a hardware issue. The customer service folks did not know how (they were in the Philippines) to handle this. They finally suggested that I purchase a battery and they would reimburse me for it later. When I called to give them the purchase price, I actually spoke with some person here in the States who immediately credited my card for a slight higher amount. He said that this is not the proper manor in which this matter was handled. Great little machine anyway.

The laptop works great, but the battery life is not that great

Good value. They sent the wrong power cord with the unit.

Returned the refurbished laptop the next day after pickup. Picked up similar one yesterday. I'm optimistic that one will work out well.

Great laptop, lots of power, but the warranty isn't great. I wish Bestbuy would have an extended the warranty

Excellent refurbished computer. I really wish I had been provided with a manual, but I guess since this is a refurbished product, it was left out

I bought a laptop june 24 and a month later it stopped working, and you only get 15 days warrantty but this is ludicrous, if your laptop shuts down and stops working you should exchange it at least. 320 is alot of money

This computer is simple to use, it is heavy but most laptops are. Would definitely recommend.

I know you have to take a chance when you purchase a refurbished item, but I was unhappy with the laptop. It would not open. I had to exchange to a brand new one. Customer service agent at Best Buy was helpful, she said the refurbished laptop was so badly dented that is why it didn't open.
