It runs every program very smoothly. The sound is a little tinny coming from the one speaker, and it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive, but it's a fast machine and it does what I need it to do. Very good value!

The laptop works great, but it isn't what the ad description describes. Ad says solid state drive and windows 10 pro. The one I received has windows 10 home and a regular hard disk drive. That aside, it has worked flawlessly so far.

Good computer for the price. The only issue I’ve run into is that it will sometimes turn off and won’t go back on for a long time. Doesn’t do it often and may just be my computer. Is fast and works well for remote at home work, otherwise.

Works well but not as expensive as others with it’s features. Bought for my son to take start college off right.

I just picked up my laptop last night and was excited to begin using it. I plugged up the power cord and noticed that the power kept dropping. I looked to see if the cord was connected and noticed that the socket was extremely loose and the laptop was NOT charging at all. This is my 1st foray into the "refurbished" equipment world and I have to say that I am EXTREMELY upset and feel that I was given an unworkable piece of technology. I will be taking this back to the store today. Don't have confidence that this will be rectified quickly, but I will go through the process.

I bought it thinking Best Buy would repair it according to the item information, Nope, This had to be shipped back to a 3rd party vendor. I hope I get my computer back soon and in a working condition. The thing will not charge at all. The battery is not removable and cannot be replaced without shipping it to the 3rd party vendor. Nor does the thing work plugged into a docking station. I bought 2 of these laptops. The second one has a bad video card. We are waiting to see what the vendor does with my laptop before we do anything about the other one. So far I am not impressed with the vendor,

This pc is as advertised. Not the fastest but good enough to even play games on it. It was refurbished but you cannot tell.

The wifi bottom is not working I ca not be conected to wifi since i bought this laptop Unfortunately I am overseas.

Junk. HP Tech support wouldn't help me fix their issue (the screen dimming button didn't work without the new firmware) because it's a refurbished laptop unless I bought a $150 service contract. So I returned it.

The first night I got the computer it was fine up until I noticed the screen completely messed itself up when moving the monitor, there are two ways to fix it by moving the monitor back and forth or doing something that causes the monitor to restart like have it fall asleep or turn it off and on. After having it for a week that problem occured more and more until it was literally impossible to use it as the screen was messed up no matter what.

looks like new out of the box, you would not know it is refurbished. works great, no issues.
