Nice laptop

Easy set up and 16 gb of ram means it should have no issues running diagnostics programs for me. I would have given it 5 stars but the description states an i7 processor and it's only a i5. I think the amount of ram is more critical for my needs or I would have returned it.

I5 not i7 Warning!

Not i7. They are i5s. The processor speed therefore is also not as advertised. I went back and looked through the reviews and saw that this happened to someone else. With this happening with both computers. This is not an accident. Fortunately, I do not have the time to drive all the way to a store to return it and there are no close UPS stores that I can get to right now. I am hoping it will be good enough for what we need. We will not be buying again and will definitely not be buying a refurbished computer from Best Buy again!

Very happy with my laptop
