I purchased this laptop online from best buy site. Cost almost $1,000. It was advertised as new. It was supposed to be ready for pickup Aug 3 but was delayed. Picked it up at store... clearly this is not new. It is refurbished and from a third party seller. Now best buy says it can't be returned. i will NEVER buy anything from best buy again.EVER

my one issue with the Laptop is that it doesn't mention anywhere on the listing that it's refurbished, otherwise, the laptop works well. The battery life for me is about 9 hours, there are no damages like scratches or cracks anywhere on it. I appreciate that I came with two chargers and a universal display dock, that does not have any damage either and works well. I was able to connect all my monitors with it. I would honestly recommend it. it's cheaper if you wanted a 32 GB RAM laptop but runs great as it should.

Best Buy told me this was a new unit several times....I have proof of this....When I received the box, on the box it clearly stated that this was a refurbished unit....As a Best Buy shareholder, I am very disappointed that Best Buy engages in these deceptive and fraudulent business practices....
