I needed a newer laptop since my older laptop was not able to upgrade to Windows 11. I know have Windows 11 Pro. The screen resolution is perfect for me. I have had older HP Elitebooks as a work company asset. I know have a personal laptop with great speed since I have 32GB of ram. I have enough storage with 1 TBD SSD. I can use this for web application development. I am content with my refurbished HP Elitebook 850 because the price was a win for the quality of HP that I am use now.

I was wary of purchasing a refurbished laptop but it turned out to be a great option - I got a high-performing system with tons of features that would have cost me twice as much had I bought it new. I've had it for a few weeks now and have had no problems, but it's good to know it comes with a 1-year warranty. As far as the model goes, I've tried several over the years and for both personal and professional use I've always had the best experience with HP and this laptop is no different. I also liked that this came with Windows 11 Pro, as it does have its benefits over the Home version. There's almost no fan noise, its speed is consistently fast (though I haven't tried gaming on it), it's very lightweight for its overall size, and I love the backlit keyboard. Overall, I highly recommend this laptop, especially as a refurbished option - definitely a value for the money!

I was a little skeptical about buying a refurbished computer at first, but after using my HP laptop, refurbished by JoySystems, nearly daily for a full 8 months, I am impressed and glad I made the purchase I made. I saved a lot of money on the laptop, given the specifications it had. It's fast and I have had no issues with it over those 8 months. I would recommend their work and this HP laptop to anyone considering a new laptop.

Have never bought a refurbished laptop before but the price savings were substantial and the reviews very good so took a chance. I have been very pleased! The laptop runs perfectly and was ready for me to start it up with no issues.

As a teacher, I needed a laptop for work. The school where I teach loans us and HP Elitebook for the school year but I wanted one to keep in my home office. I decided to take a chance with a refurbished computer and I'm very glad I did. This one is a bit bigger and newer than the one I'm borrowing from the school, but it does everything I need. Very happy with my purchase.

My old laptop was acting buggy so I decided it was time to get a spare. I am retired and didn't need a fancy computer so I decided to purchase a refurbed device. We have purchased several refurbished HP computers through Best Buy and are very satisfied with our purchases. This computer has plenty of power and space for the price and we aer once again satisfied with our purchase.

I purchased this computer so I would be able to work from home. It was easy to purchase online, and the delivery was quick. I was nervous about buying a refurbished computer but it looks new and I have had no problems with it. I do however think that I did not get the correct charger for this laptop as the plug does not stay in to charge it fully. I will be reaching out to Best Buy / Geek Squar regarding this and I am sure that they will fix the issue for me.
