I can't believe I got this computer for this price. It's really fast, functions great and is everything I needed. Slim, sleek and professional. I highly recommend it!

This laptop is better then the one I replaced. I paid over $1000 for my old one and replaced it after on a few months. This was well worth buy refurbished.

I received my laptop on time. Although it was secured in a plastic wrap/cardboard envelope, it seemed a little loose in the box (no packing bubbles, peanuts, etc.). However, the laptop was in great shape, so I guess no harm done. The laptop is metal and plastic. It has a great build quality. Although it is refurbished, I can't find anything besides a few tiny scratches near where the clamshell opens to suggest that it is not brand new. This is an incredible laptop for the price. It feels very lightweight (I had a large toshiba from 2010 before), and I especially like the lit keyboard. It looks like it also has a thumbprint scanner (???) but I believe the driver is out of date as Windows Hello can't run. However, I do have one gripe. In the description of the laptop, it advertises HDMI output. This lead me to believe that there would actually be an HDMI port. NOPE. I have an adapter, but I'm still disappointed.

I ordered this laptop for grad school. Very well put together machine for a bargain. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first refurbished, but it's in excellent quality. I wanted a reliable computer that I could use for business, GIS, film editing, and gaming. This product seems like it will be reliable for all of these. Comes with the charger cord with a storage cord wrap.

This is the same laptop that I had used at work. This laptop is easy to use and I never had a problem with it in the 5+ years that I had it at work. I highly recommend this laptop to anyone who needs a good, quality laptop.
