This computer looks really nice, lightweight, has backlit keyboard and no physical damage but it boots forever, it is not cleaned up well by the company that refurbished it, there are a lot of shortcuts and updates from 2016, preloaded Windows 10 is messy and it seems to me as a combination of Windows 7 and Windows 10 and even Microsoft agreement that I had to sign to perform initial setup is dated by July 2016, to say it in short this computer is messy and if someone who will buy it doesn't have any technical experience it will be really hard to clean it up from all this mess that it would boot fast and operating system would function well, unless pay money to someone to do this job or install new operating system. But what really disappoints me is a fact that this computer doesn't have webcam even though description and specification say that it has built in webcam. This was my major reason why I chose this computer because many refurbished computers don't have webcam. So I'm going to call Joy Systems(the company that refurbished it) tomorrow to ask why they sent me such messy computer that doesn't match description and specification and I'm going to return it. If it would have webcam I would keep it but I would probably uninstall this operating system and install new one.

My biggest gripe is that the unit is solicited as having a 1600 X 900 resolution. When I received the unit in the mail and turned it on, they sent me a 1366 X 768 version. If you look at any review you can see that this lower resolution screen is also an older model of the hp 9470m. Knowing full well that this is refurbished I was also pleasantly surprised by the amount of scratches and paint chipping that passed as sellable. Long story short, DONT BUY
