    the laptop doesnt work the battery correctly, the keyboard have two key thats'nt work, I tryed to contact the joysystem to support and was very dificult to set a ticket, and just was generated but never answeer anything, I have trying to contact them by phone but just get the answer machine and never contact anyone, the true was very difficult to try to get the support, so Iam gonna buy my self the battery and the keboard, and the price was high because I see the laptop in another sites like amazon and was 100 dollars cheaper than Bestbuy.
