Wouldn’t turn on, sent it back to the refurbishing company and they sent me a new one within 5 days of receiving the old one. However the second one also didn’t work. Just took it back to Best Buy for a full refund.

I bought this item in hope to use it in my store but when I when to connect it nothing would happen other then a beeping noise , luckily I was able to return it and went with a brand new desktop instead

While the computer worked as advertised, the DisplayPorts were broken. I have sent it back to the distributer who was very prompt. However, I have not heard back from them. My final rating will depend on the kind of service I receive.

Needed something newer and faster than what I was currently using to do various tasks such as photoshop, and editing software; this has delivered exactly what I needed and the price was Awesome. Great Buy!

Started setting up this computer and the only option for internet connection was an ethernet connection. I read the question/answer of the computer and in the questions someone answered it was Wifi enabled. When I read the paperwork included with the computer from some company called "joy systems" the very first question on the FAQ is "why can't my desktop connect to WiFi" The answer is as follows: "Most of our machines are business-class models, which were not typically built by the OEM with wireless capabilities. To add wireless capability to your machine, we recommend you search for USB wireless adapter on the website of your favorite electronics store." So, when you go to set up your machine either have ethernet or a wireless adapter. No fault of best buy as I can tell though because in the overview they never say it has WiFi they only say it has an ethernet port.

Very happy with the purchase. The computer itself arrived in excellent condition and works great. The keyboard had a crack, but a quick call to JoySystems and they sent out a replacement.

While it is pretty fast and has windows 10, it is cheaply built, makes noise, freezes from time to time, and crashes. Do not buy if you expect something on the level of a normal home computer. It also keeps telling me its unregistered even though i put the activation code in.

We needed a new business computer and this has all you need for a small business startup.
