Love this laptop, disappointed with associates.

I am a full time college student, as well as a single parent of three children. I use this laptop daily and have never had any real issues other than a loud fan. The reason I gave the rating 4 stars doesn't have so much to do with the computer itself, more of the Best Buy Blue shirt staff negative. I wish an associate would have told me/educated me on Geek Squad. I have very little education on the health of computers. I easily could have been swayed to purchase a geek squad membership, if for nothing else, just the benefits of computer health, virus protection and repair.
