Great touch screen laptop, great price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although it cost almost twice the cost of low-end machines in order to get Intel i7 processor with 8GB memory and 1 TB hard drive, with full 1080 HD screen resolution, it was well worth the extra money. Performance is very fast for all functions, it came with enough software applications to get you started with most functions you want, and it looks great. Added bonus is that it runs much cooler than previous laptop.

Pretty Good product

Great Laptop for the price

Three Days Old, Hasn't Worked Yet
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The notebook was shipped with the wrong charger (with a UK power plug AND a 45W [vs. 90W] adapter). After one phone session with Best Buy customer care, one visit to the Bloomfield Hills store, one visit to the Novi store, and one morning spent on chat with HP customer service, I now have the correct charger but the laptop won't charge. It says "Connected - charging" but the battery keeps draining and is now near zero. Not sure what else to do except send it back.
