IT IS EASY TO USE, VERY FAST, I NEED THE 17" SCREEN FOR BETTER VIEWING. IT WAS DELIVERED 3 DAYS EARLY. GEEK SQUAD TRANSFERED EVERYTHING TO THIS COMPUTER. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

This was a replacement for my Envy 360 but this was a great buy. Love the large screen size and it works for all my work and personal needs.

The HP ENVY laptop performs well and handles all of my projects with ease. I do a lot of photo work on it and love the ease of use.

I love my HP! I work with a MacBook on my job but i prefer my HP over the MacBook. I like Apple but I love my HP with touch screen. I wish I could get more hours of battery life.

I really like this laptop. Large screen, easy viewing, even with my morbidly show internet the computer is fast and easy to use. I need to use a very light touch or the screen moves, but I am getting use to it.

My employer purchased a similar laptop when I first started with the company, During the pandemic, I purchased a similar laptop for my wife since her college classes went fully online. My wife is happy with her laptop and I'm happy using the company issued laptop. I decided to purchase one for myself since my all in one Acer was getting very slow. I need to have a larger screen, I cannot stand smaller screens, and the options included are ideal for my work needs. The laptop is not too heavy and I've already traveled with it across the states. I recommend investing in a similar laptop and having the option for the keys to illuminate is darker environments is a big plus. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that HP will continue to make 17-0" laptops as other companies do not have this option.

My husband and I both have this laptop. I got mine last fall and he received his a few months later after seeing how well I liked it. I am a Realtor, and he is a remodeling contractor. I also have an Etsy shop and do a lot of digital designing. We use our laptops daily for work, and also for fun. We have no problem playing LOTRO and Minecraft on these laptops as well as Ark, Stardew Valley, etc...so as casual gamers, we have no complaints. I have never once had any issues with my laptop, and I love that it has the larger screen but is still fairly light. We also plug them into monitors on our desk. The quality of the case and body is excellent! Before this laptop I have a Lenovo..and it was total junk!! Within a year the screen started to come away from yhe bottom half, the way it was designed was not great and it had a cheap feel overall. We also take the HP's on trips, I toss it on my big bag for listing appointments, my husband will take his to jobsites..so the definatately hold up well. Although I am not good with the techincal specs, I can say it is fast and the screen is clear, never lags, and the laptop does not overheat. Hopefully this helps someone!

Had worked great for the past four years that I have had it. Love the touchscreen!

My eight year old laptop finally died. I purchased a backup storage drive from Best Buy before it died and backupped my system. Seamlessly transitioned to th is system which works like magic. The screen is spectacular and the speed is unreal. Got a second monitor for christmas and it worked the instant I connected it, I could not ask for more. The staff that helped me pick this system were superb.

This laptop is a bit pricey, but I’ve found it does most anything, is sturdy and well built, has a lot of memory, and portable so I can take it anywhere. I bought the insurance from geek squad, so if anything does happen to mess it up, the geek squad guarantees to fix or replace it. So that takes a worry off my mind, cuz accidents happens sometimes. Overall, I’m pleased with the way this functions. A plus feature is the touch screen which makes it a lot more accessible.

Laptop works great for what I need. Fast and sleek

After doing my legwork on reviewing laptops, i decided to purchase this HP for my wife, who's going back to school. I didn't need a gaming graphics card, so wasn't worried about the one that's pre-installed. This is fast enough for my wife to do both zoom meetings and watch videos at the same time. Screen size and resolution are amazing. Audio is good for a laptop

Great product. Fast, clean. It was overloaded with a whole bunch of junk, but I just removed it all and easily made it my own. It was a pricey purchase, but my experience has been I have to get a top-of-the-line product nowadays to get any real support or service. The lack of an Ethernet port is the lost star in this age of remote work. I bought an adapter, but would prefer hardwire from Internet directly to laptop and skip the extra piece.
