That being said this is an awesome rig. I use this daily for Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, and Auto CAD when I work from home and I have no issues with lag or processing power for producing commercial media in volume.

"Charge them for everything." I was particularly annoyed that my printer OCR would no longer work without buying more software.
