Was easy to start up. Response was good. Did not like face recognition software - it took too long to recognize and rejected the image more than half the time. My face does not change - did not understand why the image was rejected. Other wise the unit is quite good.

Good power. Great desktop replacement. Nice graphic.

Great computer, but once I had Geek Squad do the set-up and install the Windows 10 updates, things stopped working correctly. Spent actual hours on the phone and with remote access for them to get it working properly again. I'd recommend the 1 year GeekSquad service plan, due to Windows 10 issues, not the computer. Great computer.

While I am still getting used to learning and using Windows 10 I love this computer so far. I had been researching new laptops for over 6 months and had it narrowed down to 2-3, this one went on sale and it had even more than what I wanted from a processor stand point.

I had a similar size HP model for the past 6 years. The upgrade to the 7th gen CPU is a big leap. System boots fast and the response is great. I only have one con; The screen gives off a fair amount of glare. Takes some readjusting depending on where you sit.

Easy to learn the touch screen computer. Enjoying.

I'm pretty satisfied with this machine. It's very quick and has a nice big screen. I'm not real impressed with the clarity of the display it's a bit diluted I was expecting a bit more clarity. This is my first go at windows 10 so that is a bit of a challenge. We'll plug along and get it figured out. I'd buy this tablet again.

I purchased this computer for my mentally handicapped brother who is also legally blind. With it's backlit keyboard and outstanding screen resolution it's perfect for him. Now I want to upgrade! I would recommend this laptop to anyone regardless of expertise.

So far,...so good but there are times when you type that they keys freeze up. Not sure it is with the speed that I type (not a world class typist) or the website I am on. So, only time will tell how it will be judged. I would not shy away from purchasing this computer but I did mention something that I have encountered.

I purchased this computer to replace an older one. It has great speed for Photo manipulation and general Excel and Word operations and full HD (1080P) resolution. The larger screen and high resolution is good with my older eyes. I am very pleased with it.

The purchase of the laptop and the process to transfer my data from my old Acer not only was a warm welcome for my purchase but the attitude of both the Best Buy Salesman and the Geek Squad encouraged my trust in the process and the facility. Thank you

I love the fact that there is a CD/DVD player included with the laptop. I can retrieve pictures from CD's that I have and can also, watch DVD movies. The picture quality is excellent and the sound is great. I would recommend this laptop to anyone.

SUPPOSEDLY THERE IS A PDF WITH MORE DETAILED INFO. WHY ISN'T IT PART OF THE PURCHASE. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD IT ONTO MY COMPUTER WHICH IS IN THE OTHER ROOM AND THEN WALK BACK AND FORTH EVERY TIME I WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING. WHEN YOU PAY $1,200 FOR A TV IT IS NOT UNREASONABLE TO GET A DECENT USER MANUAL WITH IT.

Fantastic resolution and great sound. My grandson and I viewed a video and it was as if it was happening in the room with us. Incredible.
