Horrible customer service

Now I have the new one for about 51 days and it keeps shutting down best buy will not exchange it and I purchased all the stuff they sold with it anti virus etc. I contacted go they did remote access and determined it is faulty but will not replace it and want to charge me a NOMINAL FEE to back up my files and reset the computer. I am very unhappy all the way around.

Nice Laptop while it worked.

It has burn in on the screen from previous webpages I've used today. I would not recommend buying this laptop at all. I spent almost a $1,000 dollars on this and it's a piece of junk. I will be returning this laptop for a refund.

Terrible waste of money

Used this laptop less than one week before the entire screen went out on me. Was told something came unseated inside and apparently even though this is a new model it is a common problem. Save yourself the annoyance and buy something else.

As of this posting, the computer is being sent to higher level repair. Currently, I'll be without my laptop for at least 3 weeks...not real happy about that. I hope they can repair it or replace it.

Not worth the money

Within 30days of purchase it started freezing up to the point that the keys wouldn't work! $1,000 dollar laptop and doesn't work less than 30days I took it back to best buy and there ridiculous 15days policy doesn't help out much.
