    The laptop was on a great sale, so much so, that I was able to take out the Geek Squad 2 year install/service option. They did an excellent job updating the firmware, setting up the laptop with my old files and updated software. However, two weeks later the laptop had a catastrophic Windows error. Could not boot let alone get to a restore point. Took it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad put the PC back as it was before. So I was happy with the service, but no so much with the laptop and windows. Will have to wait and see if that was a fluke or there is something deeper with the laptop. So, 5 stars for Geek Squad, 3 for the laptop.
