The computer itself is a fantastic machine. The problem I have is the battery was malfunctioning and it would die within an hour of being charged. It's being replaced under warranty but it shouldn't happen to a new computer.

It's light and portable with great battery life. I wish it had a fingerprint reader and a backlit keyboard. Otherwise, it's a great 2-in-1

I use this laptop for projects for example with my cricut. I do use for gaming a bit. Considering I have low gig storage, I use external drives. I love the touch screen and that you can fold completely to use as tablet.

Works perfect for what I need it, I have no complaints.

Salesman Conegar was extremely helpful in making my purchase. I would buy BestBuy products again with his expert assistance. My only problem is trying (failing) to turn on keyboard backlight. The "big Sun" and "Little Sun" have zero effect. What gives HP?

I like the touchscreen, which is also very clear and high resolution.

It's a smooth running laptop and I like all of the features that it comes with. I personally like the way the keyboard looks good with the silver color from the looks of it. As for using the laptop, I haven't had many issues at all, the only note that it is sometimes slow when connecting to Wi-Fi, to which I found the solution is just a quick restart.

The computer works amazing however it suddenly loses connection to Wi-Fi regardless of where you are , you have to power it off and wait for it to find any connection? I may have to return it

Great laptop. I don't need a lot of bells and whistles just basic functioning. Emails, shopping research. Business research. I take some workshops and do Video calls on it and have no issues... Except it took a while to find the setting to make the camera stop zooming in and out.

This is a very solid and very efficient computer. I recommend this computer to anyone that is looking for one.

I've been using it for my college classes, and it works wonders! I love that it's foldable, and you can literally take it anywhere since it's pretty light! I've had no problems with it so far; I've been using it for a few months now.

Everything seem to be fine, however two times so far when coming back from sleep the computers says that there is no info on password or face recognition and ask to set up like the first time, what I did is power it down, restart it and all is ok, no need to setup anything, hopefully does not cause any more problems in the future.
