A great experience on an open box special. The laptop was very dirty and had glue remnants from old stickers (likely from being pre-owned). After cleaning it up & turning it on - I turned it on only to discover it had a loud ticking noise. After 2 trips to Geek-Squad & having it sent away for 8 days, the computer works flawlessly. Very happy overall. If you see a great deal on an open box at Bestbuy, its probably worth making the purchase. You have a very reasonable return policy as a backup.

This is a product review and an employee recognition review. I purchased the HP ENVY 360 laptop and accessories and had great help from Sam at the Store in Janesville, WI. I was in the laptop section of the store and Sam had walked up to me and asked if he could help me and I told him what I was looking for and he had a few questions for me and guided me to the on-sale HP ENVY 360. I just needed a laptop for school work and general use and he showed me this laptop at a very reasonable price and I have been happy with my purchase so far. Sam was very knowledgeable of what I should be aiming at for a new laptop with more than enough capabilities with what I would use it for and how long it would last as far as overall life of the laptop was concerned. Sam was easy to work with as I'm not tech savvy very much.

I own a number of laptops including the Lenovo ThinkPad, Lenovo Yoga, Lenovo X1 Carbon. Also an HP Victus gaming laptop and a Lenovo Legion T7i Tower Gaming Desktop. However, out of all of those, and as a writer, I find this laptop has a comfortable keyboard for a writer like me on the go. Plus it's lightweight and has a nice screen. I've been using it since August 2024 with no issues. I'm happy with it!

This is one of the best HP computers I've ever owned. I always get HP because of the quality and price. This HP has more qualities than my past 2 computers. This HP is sleek, durable, great features, and the price was right. This laptop does everything I need it to do plus more. The battery life is phenomenal as well as the speed. I'd definitely recommend this laptop even for gamers.

This laptop is tiny but mighty! I love everything about it. I mainly use it to write reports and works perfect for my needs. I found it on sale a couple of months ago and after my previous laptop dying on me this was a great replacement. I highly recommend.

Straight to the point! Excellent on the go! This laptop is compact, light and a breeze to carry. It doubles up as a tablet if you need to make use of the touchscreen. As a quality assurance officer, writing reports and making quick use of the tablet capability is a must when working as I walk around the facilities. Do not expect high-end graphics, expect high productivity and portability with this product. For all the taskers I put this laptop through, I am amazed at how much the battery lasts. Would definitely recommend for someone who is constantly traveling and needs the efficiency of Both a tablet and a laptop.

I’m really satisfied with my purchase. I love everything about it. The fact that I can use it as a tablet and laptop. The processor is super effective and very fast. The battery is super durable. I charge it once a week and I use it several times during the week. I have no complaints. Maybe a little heavy to carry compared to other laptops that I’ve used in the past, but that is nothing after all the good things that I think of this item.

i really like the laptop and how you could flip it around and touch the screen which is a feature that I really like. i downloaded overwatch on it and fortnite and I think it does better on overwatch then it does with fortnite. and since I'm not used to playing on mouse and keyboard I just connected the xbox controller or my ps4 controller to it with the USB cable and I played it pretty good. i gace it 4 stars and not 5 only because I wished the brightness was more higher but other than that I think its a pretty good laptop. i also like how you could configure some settings in the computer like if you want to use it for performance, to turn off the fan noise. or to have it so the laptop stays cool which makes the fan go off to cool it. and I also like how it has the face to unlock which is iffy at first but you can keep on improving it. The laptop itself is also pretty light.

Holy cow, what an upgrad for me. I went from A Dell I purchased in 2017, it was amazing. Now, I just purchased my HP Envy x360 2-in-1 14" Laptop, which is about 2" smaller than my last laptop and the screen and video are.so amazing I dont even think about it. Its also lighter, always a plus, 1TB of space and a HOLY CRAP 16GB of RAM! This has been my wisest personal computer ever. I wish I was still in college, it would have been my best computer since my Bachelors and Masters Degree and would have been so much better. The speed is out of this world as well!!
