The Best computer I love everything , the batteries, the software and everything

Recently we purchased this laptop for my daughter and she loke this laptop. Good performance.

Being honest, this has been the best purchase of a laptop I have ever made for college. The costumer service members were kind and helpful. I went looking for something I had in mind but went back home with something even better.

I liked the pricing point of this product plus I got an offer due to which I got it for affordable price. But one thing I have noticed is that the laptop face some issues with the cursor pointing. I dont know if that is some issue with this series or with my laptop.

Low sound but best processor , overall best laptop for every office task

The laptop I purchased in Nyack was not available and was informed that one would be delivered from another store. When it arrived the box was damaged and it looked like it was taped up by a four year old. When I called customer service I was then told I would receive a new one once I return the other. But once it was received another rep told me I had to go back to Nyack to get a new one but they did not understand that Nyack did not have it in the first place. I was given the run around by Best Buy and then told I would get a refund. The refund was in two parts; one for the computer and one for the service plan. But it was put on two different cards when I purchased both on one. I can't believe the nonsense Best Buy put me through.
