Laptop arrived quickly and was fairly easy to complete the setup. Has been a great choice for office work and travel. Did not need free software that came with it. Most of it tends to create a bloatware problem. When setting up Windows, if you don't want to mess around with logging into a Microsoft account, don't connect to Wi-Fi. Otherwise you won't be able to proceed without using a workaround to forget the Wi-Fi. This is NOT an issue with the laptop, just Microsoft. RAM and hard-drive are sufficient for normal use. Touch screen is nice and works well. Time will tell if the cables that run through the hinges hold up or fail like previous touchscreens have done for me. Don't expect gaming computer performance for programs demanding high video card usage and the battery life and heat will be affected accordingly.

I loved my computer, it is of good size and weight, it is also touch. Price and product worth it .

I needed a laptop for college because my old one gave up after a few drops. This one is a great replacement. It is really fast for everything (downloading files, browsing, etc). Resolution is great, giving very sharp quality images. I haven't tried the webcam yet, but I don't really mind it because I will probably not use it often. The few programs that I've installed in it work great. Battery life is great

Excellent fast laptop. Touchscreen is very responsive. Doesn’t hang at all. Sound system is clear as well. I like the USB C charger for fast charging and it’s lightweight laptop.

exceptionally quicker than my 12 year old system. Although it is new, it seems to move quickly. Suspect it should last another 12 years. It's incredibly light. Easy to work with.

Surprisingly fast and light, touch screen very responsive and tablet features are a plus. Also good build quality.

Best purchase I have made here at Bestbuy. This works great for me as a college student who is always on the go, and it is nice how portable the laptop is and the fact that it has a touch screen as well. If you are a college student looking for a good laptop you should definitely buy this.

Had a budget laptop for highschool that started falling apart and not working so well. Found a new best friend in my HP Envy - super fast, smooth, works really well for organizing my schoolwork, mid-level gaming if you're someone who doesn't really game all too much - definitely not a gaming laptop though. Doesn't run high graphic games well or at all at times. Keyboard is satisfying to type with and not too loud. Small enough and not huge. 10/10 laptop.

This computer is a graduation gift for my grand. We love the way it can be used as a tablet, will be great for taking notes. We love how lite it is. The screen is sharp and clear.

This was a gift to my daughter that is online classes for college She just loves it the touch acreen and the color on it . She also loves the long lasting power that lasts on it she just loves everything about this laptop .

Great speed, brilliant screen quality, huge storage space. This unit replaced the HP Pavilion which was damaged by water unfortunately. HP is outstanding and offers great products. Highly recommended.

I honestly love this product. It is very lightweight and easy to travel work. Its great for work from home. The only thing i didnt really like was the fact that the ethernet port ot usb port isnt already built in. I had to buy an adapter. With my other computer everything was build in but this is good otherwise. I didnt realized it was touchscreen until i accidentally touched it one day And i love that about it

I’ve been using my HP laptop daily for work and streaming, and it’s been reliable. The keyboard feels comfortable, the display is clear, and performance is smooth for multitasking. Battery life could be better, but overall it handles everything I need without problems. Solid choice for the price.
