Good laptop for what I need. Starts up and loads websites quickly. I have used it for about a month and have not encountered any problems.

Only 3 stars due to the Microsoft Windows software, NOT due to the HP laptop. The software ruins this wonderful machine with its hidden apps, bloatware, difficulty fully shutting off app "features" in order to create greater privacy and security. If you're someone who wants every bell and whistle that Microsoft builds into its latest version of windows to fully "automate" it for the user, then you'll love the machine. But if you're like me and attempt greater customization, I think you'll be as frustrated as me.

It is a very slick look fast laptop fun to play with just a very good looking computer.

The laptop works really well. It is fast, the graphics are great, and I love how it folds! The keyboard lights up, which is really helpful, especially if it's dark outside, and the copilot feature is also interesting and helps if i have quick questions or need input on something I'm doing. I do wish they had more color variety, but the color is good, it is still very pretty! Overall i love my laptop and I'm glad i got it!

I’ve had the laptop for a few months now, and I can tell you that it’s worth it. The screen to me looks great, and yes it can heat up but that’s only when I put it on my bed/blankets and it can’t get any air. When I do heavy task on it on a flat surface, the fans do a great job of keeping it a nice temp. The battery life it’s okay on it, but honestly it’s not a big problem for me. It’s a recommended purchase for me!

I use this laptop daily for school and couldnt recommend it enough. The 2 in 1 aspect is a must in today's age and I am able to utilize the CoPilot feature at just the tap of a button. Extremely handy device.
