Poor sound quality

I compared it with other laptops, and the difference is very noticeable. I took it back to the store, the geek squad did some sound updates that for some reason the personnel from the store I bought this laptop from didn't do, went back home and the sound's quality was still very poor. I am definitely returning this one.

OK, but not great.

The computer works fine. The battery life is dismal! I wish that I would have paid attention to they type of charger it has. Everything in my life has migrated to USB-c and this is not. I would not purchase the unit again.
