Conditions were flawless, works as expected well, touch screen has no delay, I bought a stylus for it too, and it work well. Overall, performance amd looks are more than satisfactory. Bonus: comes with a charger, which is a huge plus

I never used an normal HP from an school HP Chromebook but it's Display, Speakers, and Battery life is well done but the Speakers can be louder from B&O company. With the Display is insane to watch with 4K YouTube Videos and the Backlight Keyboard at night is an winner!

This laptop you must be have it. If you do small business or for school. Good quality and nice design. Small size to carry. You need one trust me. If want to play game like PUBG. this is no for you. High security. Finger pointing open.

In general, I like it, but I believe there's room for improvement. The sound quality is acceptable, the design is excellent, and the processor performs well. The touch function is occasionally reliable but can be overly sensitive at times. As for the battery, it's currently good, though its long-term performance remains uncertain.

This computer is an excellent product in terms of comfort, value, and streamlined easy to use product! I very highly recommend this computer, which by the way is a touch screen with a great feel. Buy it!

My only complaint is a relatively short battery life, other than that this computer works great and has good specs for the price. It works great for using Microsoft Excel for data analysis as well as running apps like photoshop. Touchscreen and fingerprint sign on is a nice plus.

I purchased this laptop for my teenage daughter who is going into high school. Shes been using a Chromebook and i thought it was time she start using Windows and Office products. After 3 weeks of use, she loves it! For this price point, the features, display, and processing time are fantastic. As a loyal HP user and Best Buy customer, I'm once again pleased with my purchase!

I have had this laptop for a while and it honestly has been one of the better laptops I've had. I really enjoy the fingerprint feature it helps with quick sign ins. Storage is also great. The touch screen makes it so that it is easy and quick to use allowing the user to accomplish more. As someone who uses photoshop and premiere pro I was concerned that by using those programs the computer would overheat and it doesn't! This is definitely a laptop I would recommend for a first laptop for anybody looking to get one.

I’ve bought this computer once a couple of months ago and I’ve fallen in love with it. I’ve been able to do my homework, edit videos, and watch videos without any hiccups. The computer is so good in fact, that I bought another one! (Not for me though ;) ).

This product is top of the line laptop in the Philippines where I sent it. My sister loved it. The laptop is very handy and user friendly with fast processor.

Much better looking than expected but I'm not sure how useable the 2-1 feature is bc it's very heavy as a tablet and when in tent mode it's difficult to turn the screen back on (you have to flip it to laptop mode), bc there's not a button to turn it back on from the side. Battey also seems a bit shorter than expected and the screen and audio quality are good, but likely the Lenovo Yoga's is better. Fan is also very noisy but turns on in spurts. Overall it's a really solid laptop if someone can get past the downsides. Touch screen is really cool, but Windows puts a lot of confusing set up into it

This computer is very nice. I like the touchscreen. It has a night light to reduce eye strain. I like the backlit keyboard. It doesn't get too hot because of the fans that work hard. only thing is, it's the battery sucks. it dies within five or six hours.

When I was buying the laptop I was hesitant but using it for almost a week of work, I couldn’t be more happy. Love how clear the screen is and how fast it is.
