    I like HP products and and needed an update for a laptop and this is what I wanted. Speed and ease of working with this laptop is great. The sales person that helped, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Took a lot of time with me and did not act annoyed that he had to. Best Buy in Vineland,NJ, has awesome employees.

    It’s good for what it is. It doesn’t have the greatest build quality; mine broke just after the warranty expired and would cost $480 to repair, so unfortunate to say that I won’t be buying another HP

    The display has the most vivid colors I have ever seen on a laptop. Incredibly easy to set up. I wish it had a numeric keypad and it sometimes gets cranky with certain internet connections but otherwise I am very happy with this purchase.

    This is my new favorite laptop. Screen is large with great resolution. This is probably more powerful than necessary for the basic office programs I run on it. The screen also folds backwards and transforms basically into a tablet since it is touch screen.
