    I overal like the product in terms that it works but I do have some issues that are minor. The speaker isn’t very loud, sometimes I have difficulty connecting the blue tooth and the system gets loud over time. But it’s a decent product I like.

    Originally was in love with this device and then one day 6 months in i plug it in before it dies using the charger it came with and now the computer is a complete and other dud and i bought to use for school and cant…. Literally had to withdraw from classes and not getting any feedback on repair or replacement and i have been reaching out since the incident occurred. Now 2 months later and still not working and no signs of life or even registers there is a device charging or a charger is even connected.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
