Backlit keyboard is helpful. I wanted to try an AMD processor. My previous computer (that I purchased mid 2017) was an HP with an Intel processor. and I decided to go with an HP computer again but with a different processor. My previous computer had a battery expansion that broke the keyboard section away from the base and it would not support Windows 11. It was time for a new computer anyway. THe thing I like about Best Buy is the advice of the computer sales folks. They ask what you want the computer to do as well as the features you want and then they make a recommendation based on your needs. For someone that is not a computer expert, that is very helpful so money is not being wasted on something with more bells and whistles than what one needs. Also, I purchased the Total Home package because I wanted Geek Squad to move my files. That also paid off because the computer went on sale and I obtained a $300 price reduction after purchase. Also, they mentioned they price match with other vendors. although in this case, the price had been reduced @ Best Buy.The window for finding a better price is 60 days from the purchase date. I don't think you can go wrong purchasing a computer from Best Buy.

Absolutely LOVE this laptop! It was exactly what i was looking for. Large touchscreen with a beautiful display, loud speakers, the keyboard lights up for dark settings, it has a facial recognition for added security. I use it everyday and i still can't get over how amazing it looks and performs!

I love this laptop. Got a deal for an open box item. Touch screen works great, and the track pad...fantastic. it doesnt register your palm if youre typing. Ive only had it register my fingertips. Its fantastic 10/10. Would highly recommend.

I love this TV, clear picture, not to bright looking and the sound is excellent, you won't need a sound bar for this one!!! I love the simplicity of use and all the streaming apps you can add on. I also like that I can use voice to find what I am looking for. I have no problems with lagging with this one.

The quality was very good. It is suitable for general business use and is thought to have good quality compared to the price.

My old laptop pooped out on me and I couldn’t even turn it on. It was an Acer laptop and I never really knew much about the different makes and models etc. Researched for a long time and visited Best Buy multiple times- my brain kept taking me to this beauty!! Nothing get better than this laptop. Touch screen, lightning fast speed, folds into a tablet. Best laptop ever!

Great laptop. I needed a touch screen to use while tuning my car and i couldnt ask for a better computer for thw price.

Needed a basic laptop for online school and this is perfect. Screensize is nice - clear video quality and the touchscreen is an added bonus. Plus, the price (purchased when on sale) was great value.

Easy to use .great screen love the back light on keyboard ,the battery life is great.wish it had finger recognition but has face instead.

I bought this laptop for the sole purpose of using it for my Dungeons and Dragons games. I am a DM and needed something larger than my phone to access my notes. This is perfect for that. I didn't need anything too fancy, but I couldn't help myself with this laptop. It's touchscreen and it flips backwards like a tablet, so it comes in handy when I need to show my players something really fast. It's got a little weight to it, but it's not really a nuisance. Like I said, I didn't need anything with a ton of bells and whistles since I am simply using it for online documents and such. It has been a boon to my games.

I am very happy with this laptop. It's business-related work that gets done on this computer, no gaming. I love the "tablet" feature when preparing estimates and taking notes. The battery life is much better than my laptops in the past. My only complaint is the lack of the 10 key number pad. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

love it. touch screen is nice to have. use it for editing photos and some video have zero issues with any of the programs I run.
