The best part of this machine over my previous ones is the upgrade in RAM. Blazing fast. Although, like my previous one and the model I use for work is the graphics drivers. They never seem to update. Browsers just go "black" in the middle of browsing. A driver issue also affected my ability to set screen brightness, and I had to get support on the phone to fix it. Apparently this is common in HP machines.

Pros... It didn't take long to set up. The keyboard does have a backlight. It was nice to be able use the touchscreen, mouse, and/or touchpad at the same time if needed. I was able connect my phone and talk, text through this laptop. The screen was very nice! It was crisp and clear. Yes, I was able to fold this to use as a tablet. Cons... Absolutely no walk-through! No numeric keypad. If you fold it to use as a tablet, you can be typing as you press the keys with your knees or whatever else, but you won't know until you press a button. I figured that folding it would stop the keypad from being used. I was not able to download Google Photos, Gmail, nor anything else from Google except for Chrome. The volume doesn't get very loud. If you're hard of hearing, I would definitely recommend getting either speakers or a pair of headphones for this laptop. I didn't use the camera much. When I did, it was good. It just couldn't get it 100% clear no matter what I did. (Yes, I did use lens wipes, not glass cleaner.) I got it to maybe 90%-95%. After doing that, I realized it had to be the camera itself. That had me going though so many settings trying to figure out how to crispen the picture. Welp... Nothing. I just had what I had. I kept this plugged in. So I can't say anything about the battery life.

Great Laptop. I use it all day everyday for work. Storage and memory are incredible.

I was in need of a new personal laptop and the HP Envy was everything I hoped for. I'm only beginning to explore all the features, but I'm really pleased so far, especially how fast it is. Graphics are great.

This Machine does everything I needed to do. it's nice and lightweight the only thing I might change is that I feel like the touchpad could be a smidge more sensitive.

This computer is so fast to open programs and the tablet is great for art projects.

Excellent computer, all the functions are perfect, it is touch and programs like Photoshop and all those of the Adobe suite run very well

Really like my laptop, been almost a year since owning. the screen is responsive, no issues with the hinges, touch screen works perfect. would be complete if had 10-key pad but still worth it.

Love it!! So much space and so easy to use. Glad I made the right decision.

Bought two of these because of flash sale. One for work for me and one for my daughter and all her school needs. This laptop is a bit bigger than the normal portable size but I couldn't pass on the specs that it offered. We both use is similarly, multiple window open, different projects or work going and it keeps up. No more waiting for it to catch up. Now I just need a good internet provider to keep up with it.

This laptop has performed well since I bought it a month and a half ago. It is very fast and the keyboard has a good feel. I store a lot of data and will not need an external drive to store them, as I did with my previous computer. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the fact that it does not have a number keypad.

A great buy made a steal with an open box discount. Lots of speed and storage, a great display and sound, and all the bells and whistles that I was after. Happy with the data transfer process and ready to get to work!

The speed is phenomenal. Reboots in 45 sec. However, no numerical keypad on the right as all my previous computers had going back 20 some years. Purchased a standalone on Amazon. Holds a charge for ~ 50 hrs.

Very fast and affordable laptop, best match for my business and budget

The BestBuy salesperson was great in assisting me to select a laptop computer that was right for what I require in a computer. This 2 in 1 is fast and handles all of the programs and external hookups I have, including 2 monitors. I did add a docking station and multiple in/out USB bar.

The store representative help me find something suitable for classes. He informed me that the storage and ram would work well and I loved the cool feature of allowing it to turn into a tablet. I love my purchase
