It's only been a week but so far so good. The best advise I could offer would be to ditch the keyboard and mouse before even turning on the computer. It will make what otherwise is a great computer seem like the worse purchase mistake you have made this year. Neither want to sync properly. Neither stay sync properly. Before you know it your puling your hair out and wanting to box the entire thing back up. I pulled out my old keyboard and mouse though and all was smooth sailing after that. I previously had a Mac so it was a tough decision to go back to a PC but very happy that i did.

We looked around for an all in one PC to purchase around Black Friday and this is one that came to the top of the list. It's a larger screen than we are used to but quickly became used to is. Fast response time and so far it's handled everything we've thrown at it. We just use it for home use (kids games, wife surfing the internet and streaming videos, etc.) so nothing too demanding. Nice look, small footprint and great value.

I bought this computer for myself and had trouble setting it up. The software was preloaded and there were viruses found when I did a scan. I had trouble disabling the pop ups. Could not get the wireless mouse or keyboard to work because there was a part missing from the box. After deleting most of the programs and only keeping what I need I find it easier to use. I bought this because it was an HP. Customer service at Best Buy was no help. I recommend a smaller computer to the average user. The price was great though.

sleek design looks great and takes up minimum space - no tower wireless mouse and keyboard- a must! great sound large touch screen is great - great for graphics doesn't have a cd drive but i bought one and added to it also added a wireless printer/scanner i love it

I find this pc has very nice graphics. Large screen is also a plus. Do not care for windows 10. Not real user friendly. Wireless keyboard and mouse nice change. Don't use the Cortana feature. Overall nice product

enjoying this new all-in-one and less clutter. still transferring files and getting used to Windows 10. Set up was easy, awesome speaker system and 27# screen. keyboard and mouse are fine, several reviews indicated issues, I haven't had any, although the 10 key layout is awkward and smaller than typical. Microsoft edge is new, was used to Google Chrome. Overall performance of the PC has been excellent

Went looking for a big screen computer for my wife's b-day present. We found one, liked the price and picked it up. Three draw backs, none of which would make us take it back. First off NO CD Drive. Didn't check that before we bought. Had to purchase separately. The mouse didn't have a toggle, so was unusable, oh and three. The USB ports are in the back of the big screen. If you plant this huge then, you have to pull it out and plug stuff in. So we bought a USB hub that hangs beneath. Since the CD drive takes two, it's a hassle sometimes.

I'm finding the ENVY 27 a easy to use PC. touch screen makes it versatile

We had an hp before this computer and we still have iy we gave it to our son. The wide screen is super. the audio is also excellent quality. we listened to satellite radio xmas eve and my relatives thought it was our stero systym

Good system for the money. Fast, with large touch screen that is bright and clear. Some Issues with the HP and pre-loaded software. Key board and mouse feel cheap to the touch and are somewhat difficult to use.

Excellent for what was needed. Sufficient USB and other features. Large screen for ageing eyes. Can't beat the assistance and support of the Best Buy staff in helping me choose what is was that I needed.

Screen size is fabulous. Still getting used to Windows 10 but so far the computer is running well. I would recommend this for the screen size alone.

I was looking for a similar product to what I had. Best buy rep was very helpful answering all questions and looking at the reviews on all the products I was looking at. Great product. Love it!

This is a top notch computer with all the power I need! I like the fact that it is a All-in-One as it takes up so much less room!

It is all what I want, fast, relaiable, big screen, large memory and it works perfectly.
