All the computer functions and speed performed as expected. Keyboard did not work properly so I went and bought another wireless keyboard and mouse. Now everything works perfectly!

I purchased this all in one to replace my HP Touchsmart which was still running Vista. It had been such a great computer I figured it's new counterpart would be too. The display is great. For the size it is clear and defined. The set up was quick and easy. The only negative item I have is about the keyboard and mouse. The keyboard is okay, nothing special. The mouse is awful. Small in the hand and very flimsy plastic. I read that in reviews before my purchase so I bought another one just in case. Glad I did.

We love our desktop. It was easy to set up and easy to use.

It's fast and user friendly. The only issue I've been experiencing is with the included and recommended Kapersky subscription.

The computer is beautiful and worked great for the first 24 hours. Then it performed an automatic update that caused the wireless internet to stop working. I spent 4+ hours on the phone with HP and ended up having to return the computer. Apparently this is a issue that HP computers have every time there is a new Windows operating system released.

An excellent buy. The screen size is perfect for reading and gaming. Even though it's 27", it's relatively lightweight. Very fast, and the upgraded Windows 10 is much friendlier than when it was introduced.

I made this purchase for my husband to replace his past pc. Very clear and crisp picture and fast.

Nothing but problems from the start. Right out of the box the keyboard and mouse would not work properly. If you are going to put in a wireless set of peripherals, then they should actually function correctly. Then I spent several hours on the phone with HP being bounced from department to department trying to get them to work correctly. Reloading drivers, rebooting, unplugging everything. What a nightmare. HP support is terrible, repeatedly connected me to the wrong department, every time that happened I was on hold for another 20 to 30 minutes. Then once connected, having to repeat my customer service code, then verbally repeat what the problem was. This morning I have reached my limit, when a brand new computer, that is supposed to have USB 2.0 connections tells you it can't provide enough power to run an IPod Mini, it's time to return the computer. Completely ridiculous, my 3 year old desk top and 2 year old lap top will run my IPod no problem.

Got this computer and as noted in earlier reviews, I immediately got a new wireless keyboard and mouse. What comes with the computer was really slow and unresponsive. With 12GB, I expected the computer to be lightening fast...goes better than my old one, but not as fast as I expected. Love the look and works fine, just not as fast as I expected.

Computer is perfect for all our needs. Super fast and the touch screen is a plus. Would suggest this to anyone who's looking for speed I.e. Gamers or streaming videos.

Ultra fast, perfect description easy to install. I had to exchange the HP one because too many problems. I took the advice at the store and it was a great decision.
