Doesn't work right consistently, lousy purchase

I spent several hours trying to get all aspects of this machine to work. Just made an air print, that worked fine and then tried to make a copy of that page, that didn't work. The machine got stuck in a loop, no copy and the paper got stuck in the rollers. I'm not happy with this , I'm still using my old fax because this one condenses all the pages and the fax becomes illedigible. Can't make a copy, can't send a fax. Don't know why I should keep it. Will have to spend my next day off trying to get it to work right.
