I feel like I'm tech savvy and I had somewhat of a difficult time figuring out the paper tray and hooking it up to wireless. My in laws have the same printer. I was unaware when I purchased it. Had I known I probably wouldn't have, they always have issues with theirs.

Disappointed

We bought it thinking we were upgrading but we didn't too much in the end... Yes, this printer is fast and its nice being wireless. But it is such a pain to actually print with! Forget trying to do any invitations or odd printing, you're probably going to have enough issues trying to print on an 8 1/2 x 11. You print a document-it looks fine. Hit print again (not changing anything!) And it prints differently... Messed up. Such a pain.
