A little problem setting up wireless but HP online help was wonderful and set up printer wireless with my computer very quickly. Very satisfied with printer and service and advice from Best Buy and HP.

The price was awesome . I love the way it prints and prints fast. You get an awesome printer for an awesome price. Best buy is my new go to store for electronics.

This my first wireless printer and I love the quality of the printing, scanning and copying. The wireless connection is unstable and has to be tinkered with quite a bit, otherwise a great product.

Easy to set up and relatively low cost to operate works great and is quiet, light weight and not too bulky. I would buy again based on value and what my basic home needs require. Would work for a small business with low printing demands.(low volume)

It was very easy to set up and to print from phone. Computer wasn't compatible with it but I have and old mac that's not compatible with many things now.

Printer was easy to set up..Can set up an email account for the printer.Makes sending info to printer away from it convenient. Pictures shopping list etc.

I have always bought HP printers and this one is as good as any I have bought in the past. I really like the double sided printing with blue tooth; I really dislike the HP instant ink...doesn't seem worth it! I still can't imagine I am saving money!

Plug and play, very simple. This printer Will Print even when the color cartridge is out, which is why I purchased this product. Haven't tried to print pics so I can't comment on the quality.
