Like the look of this printer. Price point was also nice at around $80. I really like the Bluetooth feature, where I can print documents straight from my phone or other device. Perfect printer for what I do: printing out forms, papers for school and copying. The only problem I have with it is it seems to have a problem picking up paper that is less than 24#... which is unfortunate because most of my printer paper is 20#.

Brought this inexpensive printer for my daughter to print papers for her English class. It serves the purpose. I don't like how you load the paper, but it works for her.

Excellent printer with unforgivivg instructions. Had a difficult time setting up wireless printing to my iPad. Needed to call tech support and we spent hours getting it to work. Problem solved and now it connects and works fine.

a good printer for the price. have only had one problem and that is it picking up two sheets of paper at a time when the paper is running out

Printing and copying is good! Setting the network for wireless printing/scanning can get a bit tricky, still couldn't get it to scan to my computer (its been a couple weeks).

This printer can be set up both wired and wireless and was a snap to do either. Just follow the prompts on the screen and you are off and running.

This is a great printer. Was easy to set up. Can print from my mobile devices and through wifi. Totally convenient. Definitely recommend.

I have owned the unit for about 2 months and have printed a total of about 15 (usable) photos and about 30-40 pages of standard work. Recently we tried to print photos again and the photos would continuously come out offset or only partially printed. I ran through the troubleshooting steps provided by the software and it didn't help. Called HP and they did the same thing and after about 2 hours on the phone with them and it still not working I decided to bag it with them and reinstall the software. Poof, it worked. Just yesterday I needed to change wireless routers and magically, although everything said I was connected, when I tried to print it showed as offline. I reinstalled the software and poof, it's working again. Also, this uses Tri-Color ink cartridges and I have learned that these are expensive to maintain and on top of that HP has blocked companies like Cartridge World from selling usable refills. When it works, it works as it is intended, that is the only reason why it is getting a 2 star and not a 1.

Simple to use. Wifi capable is excellent. Had paper jam and was hard to remove the paper, think it was a bad piece of paper. So far so good.

I purchased this printer to replace a HP printer the decided it wasn't going to work due to errors. This was a great price and I couldn't pass it up. I also like the fact that I can print from my iPad or from my phone.

Great free printer with my laptop. It dose unfortunately jam up occasionally. It also likes to not print sometimes and needs to be rebooted. The ink is not crazy expensive.

Our son wanted a printer in his dorm room so he didn't have to run to the library every time he needed to print an assignment. The printer is the perfect size for a dorm room. The options and size are exactly what he needs.

This printer is easy to set up and produces excellent color.

Forced to buy a new printer because my other HP printer died a slow death. I wanted it to last forever, but, alas, no. This one is smaller and somewhat easier to use except for retrieving some unused 4x6 cards that I could not get out. I finally printed the information again until cards were gone and threw that set away. Have had some difficulty putting in new ink cartridges. Prints faster that the other one. I like that.
