I needed a lot of help and the. Clerk was very good plus patient.

The product arrived very quickly and it was extremely easy to set up. It prints regular documents very quickly. I was also pleased with the quality of the pictures I have printed. Would recommend to anyone who wants an easy to use home printer.

Printer works well for basic functions. Set up could have been made clearer but I figured it out ok

I see why best Buy is giving them away for $40 when you buy a lap top! Was easy to hook up, when printing it will print one page fine! Two pages the second page will print half then cancel! I printed more half pages then what I got out of it! Then my data usage tripled! It was online more then I was! After one week of trying to work out the problems it was out of ink that's why HP wants to get you to sign up for a service plan for ink! Not worth returning!

Nice fast printer but need to go to hp website to set up/download software. The website given has error code stating you don't have access to it. Once you find that then easy to set up.

This printer is great. We use it a great deal when working on our family history. It makes clear copies of old documents and photos. It can also be added to more than one computer and function effectively. We haven't tried printing from a mobile device yet so I can't comment on that. Ink is reasonably priced.

Have only used it once but will have more of a need in the future.

This printer is fast, was easy to set up and the scanner is also fast. so far it has been easy on ink.

This is a good printer for small jobs. Would need a better printer if I used it for bigger projects.

Just set up printer in house and works great only draw back is it will need replacement ink shortly.

Decent printer for $ and college. I would not use for business.

We got this print on sale at a good deal, definitely worth it. We use it mainly for printing out stuff for the kids elementary school and my wife's coupons, so it suits our needs perfectly. Probably buy a better printer if I was using it for more than that or worked at home.

I have had no problems whatsoever with my HP! Great choice for a printer if you're looking to buy one!

I will continue buying Best Buy products because of excellent customer service and lower price.
