    I bought this printer online after reading reviews. Best Buy offered this at 50% off on Black Friday. Installation was just a touch complicated, but it was solved within a few minutes. It prints and scans well. I like the wireless feature since we have only laptops.

    WITH MY BEST BUY POINTS, I WAS ABLE TO GET THIS PRINTER FOR ABOUT 50 BUCKS, SO I'M HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. THE PRINTER WAS EASY TO SET UP AND USE. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT YET BUT I'VE ONLY HAD IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH. OVERALL PLEASED WITH THE PURCHASE SO FAR.

    The first printer that I received did not work and kept jamming up. The second printer I received after taking the first one back is better, but I would not buy this printer if I could do it over again.

    i bought this printer for home use. it does its job and is good for the price. the only complaint that i have is that sometimes i have problems connecting the printer wirelessly to my laptop. im not sure if its my laptop thats the problem, but it does take at least a few mins each time i try to use it to connect it
