This machine was so easy for me to set up myself. I am over 80 and trying to keep up. The CD and directions were perfect.

I had another brand for several years and it was a nightmare. The Envy was really easy to set up, has stayed on WiFi so far. Has not quit even once. The quality of print is good. Have not printed photos yet.

I use it for everyday printing, but I have not used it yet for printing photos. Printer prints quickly and works great.

Bought on sale. So far so good. The only downfalls are that it goes thru ink quickly and sometimes prints crooked or cuts off page at the end hence make sure it's aligned and/or print at like 95% of size to make sure you get a proper print.

Like the summary says, it works like a charm. The directions were easy to follow for a person who never hooked up a printer before. Nice little unit.

I bought this for my daughter to take to college. Unfortunately the printer was not compatible with the campus network and has no effective means of mating to a laptop without a cable. Makes a wireless printer pretty typical rather than good

After the Geek Squad got it programmed to my new computer, also purchased at Best Buy, it was so easy to use that I print everything. The print quality is good and speed is fine. It's a real workhorse!

When trying to print multiple papers, the printer tries to eat several papers at once so you have to slide each paper in one at a time, not fun!

This wireless printer copies and scans photos, I like the wireless part, which makes it very convenient, because I can send photos from my phone. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

The trend in technological advances in the digital/computer-related world seems to be toward greater complexity in what machines can do. This can be very frustrating for those of us who recognize beauty in simplicity and uncomplicatedness. So learning to use this machine is still a challenge for my wife and me. I for one would like to have a printed owner's/instruction manual. Perhaps there is such a thing, at least one that can be downloaded from an Internet website.

Good wireless printer for the price, using black ink. Not so good; uses ink quickly, paper tray does not hold printouts - they fly all over, sometimes the wireless loses connection for no reason, HP commercials when you change cartridges.

This printer is used by many people in the house and all has an easy time working it. Sales people explained really helped us decide exactly what we needed, and we are very happy with the product.

I couldn't believe what a great value this printer was. I replaced a shorted out unit that cost twice as much and this one doesn't miss a beat !!!!!!

The printer takes some time to setup, but prints well. I like the duplex feature. I don't have any problems with paper jams so far. I am able to print on both Microsoft Word 2007 and Excel 2007.

Fast & simple: set up took all of 10 minutes. Quality of documents is excellent. Don't fear WiFi printers like I did; this HP Envy 4500 is great.

Love this, I print from my iPhone and iPad and computer. It prints front and back so saves paper. Set it up in just a few minutes. Highly recommend it!

We bought this printer to replace my 7 year old HP Photosmart printer when it finally dies. We did do initial set-up which was very easy to do and the printer appears to be quite versatile.

The HP Envy printer was easy to setup and use. The best part is the price for an all in one wireless printer.
