I had the printer for exactly 15 days. It kept turning off and would not turn on when you wanted to print. It worked ok for a few days,,,and then it would not turn on at all. I was able to return it and exchanged for a different product.

So far it has been great. Except for hit/miss while printing from the laptop. It's been random when it works and the online HP help doesn't seem to work. Says it's offline but printer says it's all connected and should print. Who knows.

Its Ok For The Price But After 2 Weeks Wireless Printing don't Work

Pretty good, only used a few times, don't yet know how it is on ink

Too s long time to setup and had to do it 2 times. But prints nice

just for price i can give 3 stars , quality print , bad with ink

Only problem is it had a broken screen upon arrival from Best Buy

I needed a new printer and this one was on sale. I prints good but the quality is not good as my old Lexmark printer but I can live with that. I had a problem at first getting my computer to hook up to the printer wi fi but after fooling with my computer for a bit I was able to get it working.

This has so far proved to be a wonderful printer! We got it on Black Friday for half price but it honestly would have been worth the full price. It was very easy to set up with wireless internet and scans perfectly to my laptop. No problems with printing yet. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I needed to buy a printer for my daughter who is in college. I wanted a printer that was small yet had alot of features and would not constantly need new ink cartridges. The salesperson suggested this printer. It is a great printer with great features. The fact that it was on sale was a plus!

Ok for home use. But the ink run out fast. I Expect improvement

Overall it's a very good printer i am very fond of the two sided printing because i am always looking to save paper and the coupon based system is also good.

We ended up having to call the 800 service and she explained to us what to do but it didn't work for us so she ended up taking control of the computer to install the printer for us.

do not know because PC is still with geeks due to backload.

After getting instructions on line , was able to get ap to print with iPad. Also had to get on line instructions to scan. Have been unable to request black print only when printing. Really don't need color on most prints. Works fine for our hone purpose to copy, print, and scan.

ok for a base printer, set up is fair, price is reasonable, only two printer cartridges, takes up little space, VERY average printer.

This replaced another 2 yr old hp. Hope it lasts longer
