This is the first printer that I have ever personally owned, and it is one of the best that I have ever used. Countless features, and being able to print from literally anywhere is great! Only issue is that it's hard to navigate the settings and preferences screen.

Its s little slow and a little loud while printing.

Great value product.ink is expensive though.......

A how to manual would be great. And don`t tell me to go to a web site.PRINT is much easier.Better to reference to.We are not all geeks.As for a recommendation I`ll let you know after I talk with Mike

This is a wonderful 2-sided printer but the wireless aspect of the printing can be REALLY slow. It seems to have trouble finding the computer that is doing the printing but when it does it's fast and prints 2-sided with ease. I really like this printer overall.

Second HP printer I've bought in a time period of a few months, neither worked. They just would not print from my computer, which is weird to me since I have an HP desktop. Unfortunately I have to give a rather promising device 2 stars because of this.

Works well with android/pc/iphone. Apps readily available. Replaced a multifunction printer 3 times it's weight and size. The front door is not automatic, it must be opened before printing. Photo colors typically a liitle too saturated but can be toned down in software.

Ultimately, the product is great and efficient. It can perform all of the tasks necessary for a college student. It is the ideal printer for all college students!

Problems with printer after setup, didn't print...

I bought this printer for my son as I have the exact same printer at home. I have yet to have a problem with it. It does an excellent job on documents. Pictures I print are bright and precise. It is easy to use. I use it on a wireless network and it works great.

Printer/scanner, does not fax. We bought it primarily for school work for 3 middle school and high school sons. Main reason was the smart ink system were for a low monthly fee they send you New ink cartridges by mail so you are never out of ink. So worth it!

Great quality, love the wireless printing. Also love the fact that it has ink percentage so you know when your going to run out.

This printer is perfect for a home. This style printer is always on sale, so my recommendation is to wait until it is on sale to buy. Sometimes you can find it cheaper than buying ink replacements for your current printer.

The wifi set up makes it convenient to place the printer anywhere you want. The actual setup process itself is difficult to connect the laptop and printer on the same wifi and wireless direct doesn't work

It was not as easy to set up as indicated. I had to call technical support from my cable provider. It took them 16 hours to get it running. Don't know what the problem was, but it's working just fine

This is a fairly basic printer. I didn't need anything fancy, so it is working just fine for my needs. It's not the fastest, but unless you're in a hurry for whatever reason, it's reasonable.

I have always liked HP printers. This one is wonderful. My last couple printers have had large touchscreens and too many options. This one is just right. Just enough information on the screen and not many options. It is a printer not a computer. I love it.

I signed up for the HP ink auto replenishment program monthly, 50 prints for 4.99. I think this is a great value and very convenient for the average print user. Has worked out well so far.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND I STILL HAVE NOT USED ALL OF THE FEATURES ON IT SO FAR I HAVE PRINTED DOCUMENTS on it online and offline and I HAVE COPIED DOCUMENTS BUT I HAVEN'T SCANNED FILES TO MY COMPUTER YET BUT I DON'T REALLY HAVE A NEED FOR THAT.

Good printer but loses wireless connection a lot and I have to plug into the USB which is a pain when I am in a hurry. No problems with the machine other than this. I have owned mine for over a year and use it 5 days a week.
