Bought this for the Girlfriend for Christmas. She's not so tech savvy. once she started to use it she discovered how much more she could do with it, it has definitely cleaned up her office space.

This is a good printer but not a fast as the upgrade 5530 series printer. It works well with my Apple IPhone and Apple IPad Mini but not my Computer. I think it is a problem with the computer.

I am using this for personal printing so the size and price were just right for me. I do not need dozens of pages printed so the speed of 8 pages a minute is fine. I like the fact that it can adapt to printing from other devices besides a computer.

I like this model for the simple fact that it doesnt require more then 2 ink cartridges. It also has capabilities of printing out pictures too. Also the internet connection capability. In addition, having a internet print account is very useful.

It suits my needs & it was referred to me by a great salesperson & they were even kind enough to suggest a subscription to Ink Cartridges Exchange-like program where I can have Inks delivered to me while saving money, and other benefits as well!

Great printer but we couldn't get the wireless aspect to work! kept printing pages in some other room in my building! I just connected my Mac with a usb now no worries.. i'm not a computer geek. followed instructions but still didn't work

great printer for the price of 99. can print from our phones. This printer does have the wireless capability so was very easy to set up and start to use. Not sure that we love how you load the paper in the front, but for the price great little printer.

This is a great printer. I love the instant ink and I also love the smaples. I get coupons delivered to my printer 3 times a week that are personalized to my nreds. I love this printer.

I like the print quality but don't know why the printer always goes offline. I always have to restart my computer for it to work. It is annoying when I am trying to print something in a hurry!

I thought it was a good deal when buying with new laptop. I was a little confused with it having different steps to setting up to installing and connecting wireless printer to laptop.

This printer does all the basics for a reasonable price. You can print, fax and copy. It does not have a lot of bells and whistles but is a good all around printer that works well for all the basics. The wifi set up was very simple.

This is a good printer, but I wish HP would go to separate colored ink, like Epson does.

The ink on this printer has lasted me way longer than any other printer I have purchased in the past and the new features on this printer are great and I don't have to worry about going out to buy ink running out with the automatic ink reorder.

This printer was kind of difficult to get setup with my new computer. We had to get a different cord as we couldn't get it to work with the blue tooth. Printer works great now.

You get what you pay for. It does everything I need but the quality is not the best but not terrible either and it the printing speed is not so great either. Simply put it gets the job done. I mostly use it for printing school work.

I've been happy with this printer. It's been reliable, and I love having the copier too. My last printer only printed, it could not make copies, so this one is a nice improvement.

Good printer for the buy, with lots of features. If it was faster then it would be the best printer ever. Can't beat printing from my phone :D

Didn't work out of the box. Thank God I didn't have to bring it back to Best Buy. I called HP directly they sent me a new ASAP with a prepaid box to send my broken printer in Best Buy just seems to be going down hill

Brand name been around forever, ink cartridges are reasonally priced or you can purchase an ink replacement plan for monthly restocking.
