I wanted a second printer to do simple printing for educational purposes and wet liked our other hp networked printer but did not want to go up and down stairs to get single documents. A great and simple solution.

I love this printer, it's just exactly what I need for all my paperworks!.. And with the sale price, it's really a great deal when I got it!.. I recommended it to a friend and she got it and love it, too..

I am not really a computer person and never set up a printer alone. I was pleased that I could add this alone with some good tips from the salesperson.

It shuts itself off automatically and won't restart when I press the power button. The only way I can get it to restart is to unplug and replug. Highly inconvenient. It also indicates the printer is "offline" and will not print when this is the case. I don't know what that means and don't know how to fix it. Again. Frustrating.

I know that the trend is to go with cheaper materials, but it does nothing for consumer confidence. I wasn't looking for the cheapest printer I could find, but I feel I didn't find a great buy either.

own this printer and liked it very much. My son wanted to used it and he liked it so bought them as a gift for my sons.

There are too many problems with this HP printer to list. The main issue is that once loaded with paper it will return the response out of paper.

The "e" printing is everything I hoped it would be. I can print to it wirelessly from every device I have including my tablet.. As long as it keeps working, I'll be a happy camper. PS. price was right also.

I really enjoy not having to connect my laptop or computer to this printer. I really love the way it does 2 sided printing automatically .... all i have to do is let it know want 2 sided printing.

I have only used this printer about 4 times. For some reason it has stopped printing. Maybe it is because I have an older XP computer, I am not sure. So far I am not happy with this printer AT ALL!!!!

Haven't had long enough or used enough for anything to go wrong or see how ink holds up. So far, it's been great.

Been an HP fan for years, bought thinking my old ink would work but no! However that's the way the world works. Still a super cool buy, works good and will be worth the money over the next 3-5 yrs.

Great printer, very easy to use, prints beautiful pictures and it's easy to load and its a nice size, it fits on the desk very nicely, you can make copies on it or scan something for the computer.

Easy set-up. Reliable. Goes a fairly long way on ink cartridges that are small and a little pricey. Doesn't like aftermarket/refilled cartridges.

I purchased a computer for my hubby for Christmas 2014. It was a Black Friday deal purchased on the internet on Thanksgiving morning. Easy set up and off you go ready to connect to the internet.

If all your electronics are new this is a great printer, especially if your pc is the new windows 8. If the program you are needing to print from is from an older version, windows 7 or vista. I had a hard time getting things to print. My invitations were for windows 7 or older and they wouldn't print on this printer.

Great printer with the convenience of printing from anywhere. It takes up a little too much space on my desk, but if you have a separate space to store it, it's a great investment. HP does it again!

Requires a bit of involvement when connecting the wireless side. Will be helpful if the user is comfortable with "tech" type stuff. Great pricing.

Very good printer, but hate the price of ink. It seems like the better the price of the printer the worst the price of the ink. You can't win!!!

It did not come with a data cable, just because it's a wireless printer. There is a lag between consecutive print outs when printing wirelessly. Sometimes stops in the middle of printouts.
