I've had this for about 2 months and am happy with the purchase. I like the 2-sided printing (which I didn't have w/ previous printers) and kids have use the photocopier for school homework.

very easy to set up, and to get other computers to print to it wirelessly. I also have printed from my phone. It is not very fast but on draft, it IS fast and the quality still looks great.

Its' a great printer for the price since it only requires the use of 2 cartridges instead of 4 or 5 like other printers. The WiFi connection doesn't stay on for long and keeps disconnecting.

I used to pay $1.00 for every page I had to fax. now I can scan my documents into my computer and send them to the companies instead of paying to have them faxed.it saves me on time and expense.

It's a great printer! If has double sided print, and has a scanner. All for a great price. Also it's a great printer for a college student.

Had no problems setting it up. Works great. There is no problem with the wireless connection. My last printer would go in and out so I was so happy that this printer was working just fine.

Printers are the weak link of computing. A good printer is one which is reliable for an extended period of time, which in my experience is rare.

We use our mostly for school reports and projects. The printer was easy to set up, image clarity is great but it does take a while for the document to print. I am pleased with the product.

Great printer, really satisfied. Just wished my ink cartridges lasted longer. I do not print everyday and I printed on draft and I need to replace my ink cartridge. It has not been a month.

I have been putting off buying a printer because the cost of ink is so expensive. I hope when the time comes I can get a good deal because we really need the printer for school work.

I love my printer, I just upgraded because I needed the fax, but other than that, it's been amazing!!!! I have no complaints what so ever!

Makes excellent pictures. when printing documents, the 2nd page doesn't always print and has to be printed again. Having some problem lining up the 4X6 photo paper. Very well pleases overall.

This printer is the best option for home - office services. I'm very glad with this model, because I can print from my cellular phone.

Good printer, really like the fact that is wireless and I don't need to plug anything to my computer. Once I send message to print, it does it fairly quick! We made a good choice!

I have always liked HP printers, but was pleasantly surprised at the Efficiency of this product. I really love the fact that it will automatically print both sides of a document.

Could not get wireless to work, even with help of Geek Squad, but could be problem with internet provider. Had to buy usb cable.

Initial set-up was terrible! I had to make all kinds of changes to my router in order to allow for this unit to be seen. it certainly is not plug and play as the directions indicate.

I have a 6 month old lap top and setting it up should have been easy. It wasn't. After about 15b minutes, I finally got it working.

HP Envoy 4500 all in one copier/printer/scanner provides good quality and various options for the price. The printer ink cartridges are cheaper than my old HP printer it replaced.
