So far so good haven't had it very long. Its printed what I needed it to print and can't wait to use it to it's potential. : )

Setup was a little too extensive as I needed to get information from the mfr website in order to get the printer to work. Prints slower than my other printer and is more noisy.

It should come with a cable hook up just in case if the location he or she is in has wifi that runs slow and provide better network security for the wifi on the printer.

It was difficult to set up even with the disc. I took almost an hour locating the information on the internet then finding the driver and getting the printer to respond to the computer.

I have not as yet got the printer to connect with my computer. I don't seem to be able to find a way to get this done. I have had an Epson and a Kodak printer and had no trouble getting them connected. I finally just gave up and can not print anything from my computer. Very disappointed.

On the shelf, it looked like an easy-to-use set-up. However, the touch-screen was very difficult to manage (impossible for me, really), so I returned it w/in 24hrs for an exchange. Staff person was very gracious about the return, then a recommendation for a printer more suited for my use.

I was told that buying a cheaper printer made no difference. The paper gets stuck inside the machine and quality of print is poor. Right now it doesn't work at all.

This printer will print, copy or scan. It was very easy to set it up, however it prints slower than any printer I have ever had.

I will recommend this Printer to my friends and family

I feel I got a lot of features for a very reasonable price. One big problem is the near absence of any printed information. I had difficulty installing the cartridges also.

Inexpensive printer that's great for printing out photos I take on my phone as well as documents for work and home. The photo paper is also inexpensive but the quality is good.

Works great with IOS devices this far. I am struggling with it using my MacBook pro.

I actually returned this item just a few days after purchase. Black and white worked fine but if you want it for anything other than that I wouldn't recommend it.

It prints great..great quality and the multiple sheets at a quick print.. Have already recommended it to a family member.

I havent had this printer long, but it has managed to print papers i wanted it to print, with some troubleshooting necessary.

I did not realize that the printer did not scan more than one page at a time. Other than that, I am happy with the printer.

This printer has worked perfectly since I got it. It works with our WiFi. I often use the scanner and have had no trouble.

This is a nice little printer for the price. Love that it is connected to the wifi, yet when that is out, it is useless.

I purchased this printer primarily because it was wireless. It's extremely easy to send a print job from my laptop or tablet.

I did not realize that this printer was only black and white. Would like to have a color printer, but does well for my grandchildren, plus saves on the cost of ink
