    I got this printer only because it was on special for $20 with the purchase of my HP laptop. I thought it would be perfect for my 65 year old in laws who are always having to use my printer when needing to print tickets and boarding passes. Got this thinking it'd be a perfect little printer for them but it's paper feeder is the worst. I think they've already given up on trying to use it.

    By the time I was able to set up my HP ENVY 4500, I had it for over 30 days. I was able to print 5 pages before a carriage jam error appeared and was unable to be cleared. There is nothing stuck in the carriage way, but I am unable to remove the error message from the screen. I have followed all the instructions that I was able to find on the products web site, but nothing works.

    This copier, scanner, printer is super to use. It is on the slow side when printing. Colours are good when printed though.
