    Printer was easy to set up in wireless mode. HP support has twice installed new drivers to make sure the printer consistently prints on both sides of paper when directed to do so. It still doesn't consistently print on two sides in auto mode. It prints and scans everything else okay. I will give HP one more change to get it set up correctly, then I will have to return for another model that consistently prints on both sides of the paper when directed.

    It could be a problem on the home/computer side of things, but it seems that the printer constantly disconnects from wi-fi or the computer. Otherwise, I do like the fact that it prints double-sided and quickly.

    Inconvenient to have to phone HP to get it to print in color from the internet. Some sort of instruction manual would be very helpful for those of us who are not "intuitive".

    I'm sorry I didn't buy a better printer where it is not so complicated that I have to scroll thru many lists to find what I want and then I tell it to do something and ii doesn't listen to me and does what it wants. Not too Happy

    A somewhat cheap feel to an OK performing low cost printer. I had a few bumps getting it to work wireless but they smoothed out now.

    bought it because of the wireless printing and I could not get it set up. In doing this review it said my review was too short and would not accept it. I should be able to say as much or as little as I want about a product

    The first one that I received would not print just crumpled the paper each time. The second one prints but has to be reset every once in awhile. The scan feature does not work most of the time and the copy feature also has problems but can be made to work. If you have the room for the larger printer copiers get one of those and not this one.

    A month after purchase, the printer stopped printing correctly. I was never able to get the scanner to interface with the computer to create a file.
