Granted, it was the last one - the display unit. They gave me a nice discount to take it (without box, driver disc or manual) but even so, what good is that if the product doesn't work? So I returned it the next day and bought a slightly pricier HP Officejet 4630, which works fin for what I need.

It needs a USB port, otherwise just like a regular wireless printer.

Not a good product if you have to scan a document that has more than one page. The printer software does not give you the option of improving the print quality. Not a good product.

Set up was easy. Wifi is great, but print quality stinks. Words are slightly underlined when they aren't supposed to be. Then everything stopped working and it says I need a new ink cartridge! Just bought the thing!

Replaced my older HP with this one. I am so happy with the wireless capabilities. Printing is flawless, Pictures are right on color and the size is so less bulkier than my last All-in-one. The salesman at Bestbuy directed me to this one after stating what I expected to do with it. I am so happy with it. If you want convenience of wireless, less bulk, and awesome printing..This printer is the one!

I wanted a wireless printer to enable me to print from my Chromebook. This HP printer seemed to fit the bill and it was a great price at Bestbuy. The sales person answered my questions in store and I decided to give it a try. The initial set up of the printer (unpacking, inserting supplied cartridges etc) was easy. Connecting power and finding my router went well, and then it was a question of connecting up the printer to the internet and linking my Chromebook. The first problem was the printer asks for your WPA code. In fact it wanted the internet access password. I found this out by going to the HP website. A simple point but it could have been made clearer. You then needed to set up a HP account, again a trip to the HP website and it printed a code that has to be entered. That went well although at the time I felt I was going in circles - probably just me but it could have been made clearer. I then was able to link my Chrome book and printed a few test pages. The results were very good. The printer is really quiet and delivers good quality print, on both sides if needed. So the printer WILL print from a Chromebook via Google Cloud Print. The set up process is reasonably straight forward but the instructions could be clearer. The print quality is good. Overall this is a good wireless printer at a good price.

    Unreliable for printing and scanning

On the plus-side, this is an attractive, stream-lined all-in-one printer. However, despite completing all the steps of all the suggestions on the help forums on the HP website, this printer still will not complete one single multi-page print job without encountering an error. Print jobs continually get stopped prematurely, paper continually jams, and while scanning, it often loses connectivity to the wireless network. This printer will have to go.

    Didn't Last Long

I had this printer for about 1.5 years, but I hardly ever used it -- I'd estimate I printed about 30 pages, mostly black and white, with a few color prints here and there. Then, I got an error code and these codes don't give any info. on what the problem is. I followed the steps to resolve, but it didn't resolve. I read online that many others had the same problem and that you just have to replace the printer. So, overall, very poor quality -- didn't last -- and also poor support with no way to find out what is wrong when you get an error code.
