When I first got this printer it worked great with no problems at all. I loved it while it worked. Now it won't read my devices at all. The only way I can get it to work is with the USB cable.

It doesn't not always conect to print fromy WiFi. First time we used took forever to get to work spring for the better printer this one is a pain

An ok product with nice aesthetics. It was difficult to set up and doesn't have faxing feature. I was told at the store that it did. I returned it after I had set it up upon realizing it doesn't fax.

I bought this to replace an HP printer that was worn out. So far I'm very satisfied. It was very easy to set up, prints well in color and black and white and nice photos. It's compact and sleek looking if you are going to have it out on a desk. It's seems to be a great printer for a low price.

I have had more problems with it than anything else ive bought from Best Buy.

Though I was able to connect the printer wireless with my computer the first time for some reason the computer and printer are not communicating. I have entered my network password numerous times and the printer still will not work. I am taking the printer to best buy and hope they can help. The network blue light on the printer keeps blinking. I need help.

Hands down, the best 50 bucks (yes, really, $50) I have spent in a really long time! I decided I wanted a truly wireless printer and started researching online. This one popped up at Best Buy on sale for $49.99. I went on YouTube to check it out and read all of the glowing reviews and knew I had to buy this printer. I set it up in less than 15 minutes from opening the box to setting the internet password. It works beautifully. It prints completely wireless along with scanning and copying. This printer will allow multiple computers or smart phones to print as well. The only cord or wire it needs is the plug. I boxed up my old HP printer (which I paid 3 times as much for) and desk computer and now only need my laptop. Buy this printer, you will not be sorry.

Scans ok, prints like 5/10, and the ink is $15-20 and even if you dont print will dry up with 4 weeks on installation, do yourself a favor and buy a laser aio.

I accidentally pushed print button, but later was not able to delete printing job. It costed me bunch of paper and frustration

I feel it was a good value for this product. I wanted a simple to use printer, copier and this has fulfilled my needs.

Affordable but setting up and using the scan feature is rather complicated. I would spend a few more dollars to get a more user friendly printer.

I am having problems printing two-sided documents.

I was hoping that it would have been faster than my last printer but this model needs improvement with speed and the print quality is not the best.

Do not buy this piece of junk. It is very slow and waisted lots of ink.

Difficult to set up and the WiFi doesn't always work. It does however work great with a USB cable.

the print is so light unless you change the setting every time you print and the software will not load 4 out of 6 of my computers. tried to go to hp web site it will not load it either

The printer will not connect to my computer. I have tried at least a dozen times and every time it says it cannot find the printer.

the printer is great for what I was looking for. the software is non-functional. each time I want to print I have to uninstall and then re-install the printer, when I called hp surport they try to lie to me,saying the problem is with my computer. but the printer works after being installed. until I shut-off the printer.when I turn it back on it fails to print. this printer was a waste of time ad money...
